Alexandr Glezer, collector of nonofficial and post-soviet art, director of the Museum of Modern Russian Art in the Big New-York, organizer of many artistic exhibitions, art critic, author of several books about Russian art, published in the USA, Great Britain, France, poet, translator of Georgian poetry, publisher of magazines "Tret`ya volna" and "Strelets" was expatriated from the USSR in 1995.
